Registration and Waiver

Official Application and Agreement for Vendor Space for February 1,2,3, 2008

Applicant hereby applies for space at the Reelfoot Lake 4th Annual Eagle Festival.

This application shall become an agreement between the applicant and Reelfoot Lake

Tourism Council for the use of said space under the following terms and conditions.

 

Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council will assign vendor space in accordance with money

received by January 28th in full payment. $25 late fee will be added if money is not received

 before January 28th. Money paid in advance is non-refundable. Make checks out to:

Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council 4575 State Rt. 21 E. Tiptonville, TN. 38079.

All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their own taxes.

Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council and Reelfoot Lake State Park Air Park Inn will not be

responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. The Reelfoot Tourism Council will

promote each vendor to the best of our ability and is not responsible for lack of customers,

sales or traffic in the vendor vicinity. This event will be held snow, rain, or shine.

Non-Profit Displays only, limited one 10x7 space_____ (no charge for Gov./State Organizations)

Booth Space: No larger than 10 x 7, limited space available, if you think you need more, indicate how many spots you need.

Vendors Move In and Out Policies: Vendor can move in January 31st after 5pm or Feb. 1st before 12 noon

Vendors can move out at 2pm on Sunday February 3rd.

Vendor Hours: Friday - 5pm until 9pm; Saturday - 8am until 9pm; Sunday 8am until 2pm

Insurance: Vendor is responsible for liability insurance on his/her booth.

Late Fees: $25 fee will apply if your money & application is not sent in by January 28th

In order for you to participate as a vendor in the 4th Annual Reelfoot Lake Eagle Festival,

you must sign the vendor form acknowledging that you have received,

understand, and agree to all terms and conditions.
