Registration and WaiverOfficial Application and Agreement for Vendor Space for February 1,2,3, 2008Applicant hereby applies for space at the Reelfoot Lake 4th Annual Eagle Festival.This application shall become an agreement between the applicant and Reelfoot LakeTourism Council for the use of said space under the following terms and conditions.Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council will assign vendor space in accordance with moneyreceived by January 28th in full payment. $25 late fee will be added if money is not receivedbefore January 28th. Tiptonville, TN. 38079.All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their own taxes.Reelfoot Lake Tourism Council and Reelfoot Lake State Park Air Park Inn will not beresponsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. The Reelfoot Tourism Council willpromote each vendor to the best of our ability and is not responsible for lack of customers,sales or traffic in the vendor vicinity.
